20th Anniversary Formal
With the 20 year Anniversary Red Rose Formal approaching, IBAC is working on planning the weekend to make it an event that you won't want to miss! The 20 year Anniversary Red Rose Formal of Iota Beta is May 1st, 2010 at the RIT Inn and Conference Center (The old Thruway Marriott).Tickets
We are asking that payments be made by November 1st, 2009. The cost for formal this year is $100 per person. Payment received after November 1st will include a 10% surcharge. IBAC is putting a lot of money down for deposits for this event and we need the money this far in advance to cover the cost. Your ticket(s) will be fully refundable if you can not attend. To help offset the increased cost (from a normal formal) you can pay for your ticket(s) via PayPal over the next 5 months. PayPal will automatically charge your credit card (there are fees - 1.9% + $0.30 on all money collected - which is why we are charging more than $20 or $40).

Pictures
We also need pictures!! We are looking for "old" pictures from back in the day, but more recent photos are also welcome. Please e-mail your pictures to KDR.Pictures@gmail.com or you can mail a cd if you have too many to e-mail. The more the better!!
If you have physical pictures, you can mail them in to be scanned. All pictures will be returned. Email Formal@KDRib.org for the mailing address.
Hotel Information
We have a block of rooms for the event and encourage people to call NOW to reserve your room at the RIT Inn, $85/night. Call 585-359-1800 ASAP and reserve your room under "KDR 20th Anniversary" as we only have a limited number of rooms for the weekend.
